Good Morning Everyone!
I woke up sort of late today (around 10:30 AM), which I suppose is good because I slept through breakfast. Sat down at the table with my boyfriend while he had a meal, but I didn't make myself anything. I went for a 50 minute walk because the weather wasn't too cold out today. After coming back and showering, I weighed myself and then scale said 101 lbs. on the dot! I can't believe I lost weight again. That's a 0.8 lb difference from yesterday, and an overall 2 lb difference from two days ago. 1 lb away from my first goal weight!
Today is Ash Wednesday, and the start of Lent, so being Catholic I'm supposed to have only one big meal today (and two smaller snack/meals if necessary for energy). So that'll be my excuse for everyone.
Keeping my eyes on the prize tonight...a HUGE bowl of tossed salad with some yummy low-cal dressing on top :)
Yesterday's Food Consumption:
1 glass of water with 0 cal lemon iced tea mix-in
3 whole-wheat triscuits
1 big bowl of tossed salad w/ low-cal dressing and approx. 1/4 cup of shredded mozzerella
1 can of diet pepsi
6 oreo cookies *OUCH*
1 glass of whole milk (I think it's really helping my figure despite how horrifying it sounds)
