Disappointed.

I weighed in at 101.4 lbs this morning. +0.4 gain from yesterday. I only had one cup of coffee with Splenda and a splash of whole milk this morning. Around 22 calories so far? It's almost 2 P.M., and I'm determined to put off eating until dinner. Hopefully having a tossed salad again, but I don't know if that's going to happen considering there are hardly any vegetables left and the lettuce is starting to go nasty :(

The 0.4 you gained was probably just water weight or something like that. You seem to have been doing pretty well lately so I bet it's just a temporary gain. Still, I know it SUCKS to wake up & have the scale say any weight gain at all on it. Just not the best way to start the day. But i will probably go back down soon. Keep doing well =)
